1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x777xp", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the x777xp platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website at x777xp.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on x777xp or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the x777xp registration process.
• "Platform" — refers to the x777xp website, mobile interface, casino game lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services accessible at x777xp.net.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money balances held within a player's x777xp account, whether deposited via fiat payment methods or crypto assets.

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on x777xp. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened in a different name, with a different email address, or via a different payment method — are strictly prohibited. x777xp reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds or bonuses accumulated across duplicate registrations.

When registering an x777xp account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure without notice.

• You must keep your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact x777xp support immediately to suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Payments

x777xp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical and regulatory factors.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. x777xp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where x777xp determines that a deposit has originated from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the x777xp cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. x777xp accounts must not be used as a mechanism for storing, transferring, or converting funds outside of legitimate gaming activity.
• Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin) are credited to your x777xp balance after the required network confirmations. x777xp is not responsible for delays arising from blockchain network congestion.
• x777xp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or network may apply transaction fees for which x777xp bears no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by x777xp players are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full: the player's account has passed KYC verification, the withdrawal amount does not consist of uncleared bonus funds, the player has met any applicable wagering requirements, and the account is in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. x777xp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal regardless of the amount.

• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to network conditions.
• x777xp reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed at the point of request in the x777xp cashier. x777xp does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though network or payment provider fees may apply.
• x777xp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

x777xp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. 8 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on x777xp are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the x777xp sportsbook. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bets are accepted and settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches).
• x777xp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error, pricing feed malfunction, or human error. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. x777xp accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to live data interruptions.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed in the x777xp sportsbook. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding these limits will be reduced or declined.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body will be settled as void unless the event is replayed or resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on the x777xp platform are supplied by third-party certified game studios. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG certification and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game studio's published documentation.

• Game outcomes are determined at the moment the result is generated by the RNG. x777xp has no ability to influence game outcomes after the result has been generated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, game freeze, or software error — the game round will be treated as void and the stake returned to the player's x777xp balance where technically recoverable.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x777xp platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one x777xp account under any name, email address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the x777xp platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripted betting patterns, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human decision-making.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing any third party to access or operate your x777xp account.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using a payment method that does not belong to you.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

x777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where x777xp reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose x777xp or its players to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or a verified third party acting under a legal power of authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with x777xp's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all closure scenarios unless otherwise stated in writing by x777xp.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x777xp platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any x777xp content without prior written permission from x777xp.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x777xp's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
